G&G uses NCCER’s comprehensive series of entry-level and journey-level assessments to assist its clients in the evaluation of the knowledge and skill level of an individual in a specific craft/technical area. Any deficiencies indicated by the assessment can be addressed using NCCER’s Contren Learning Series curriculum, with both knowledge-based and performance-based components to provide upgrade training and ensure each employee’s success.

All  assessment results are entered into and managed through NCCER’s Automated National Registry (ANR), providing individuals the ability to review their own training history and contractors to access future and current employees’ training and assessment history via the ISN NetWorld.
