Consultation Services
The consultation services available vary from customer to customer. The services are mutually agreed upon to form our partnership and expectations of the services to be provided. For the on-site safety professional, the process follows this general guideline:
A kickoff meeting with customer to begin the development process. Detailed documentation of services to be provided. Goals and objectives are setup for expectations. Service Agreements are drafted and signed by both parties. Consultation services are provided and documented carefully. Weekly written reports are sent to our customer's for review of construction activities underway. Tracking of losses incident rates and hazard identifications are documented. Completion of project close out report with final billings sent to customer.For safety training needs the following process will take place:
Meeting with customer to establish training needs. Once training needs are identified a proposal for service will be drafted and sent to customer. Service Agreement are drafted and signed by both parties, mutually agreeing upon the service and price. Provide the requested training. Upon completion of training provide the customer with documentation of such training with Certifications sign-up sheets and training syllabus.
