
Mr. Garza is a fluent bilingual Spanish speaker with a hands on approach to safety with over nine years experience in the areas of occupational safety, health management, workers compensation, and claims management. His areas of expertise include property, casualty and class action claims investigation, subrogation, recovery, and administration. Specializing in on–scene accident investigations, securing witness statements, photographing, and diagramming accident scenes to minimize loss exposures. Experience includes fraud investigations and provider/hospital bill insurance audits. Capable of performing detailed accident /safety audits for clients in large construction projects to recommend corrective action. Prior work exposure in safety includes the implementation United States Army Corps of Engineers safety standards to DOD infrastructure projects under his supervision.
